Private Lesson Packages:
Masen’s K9’s Private Lesson Package is designed for dog owners who want personalized, effective training tailored to their dog’s needs. This package includes four one on one private lessons, allowing us to focus on your goals, your dog’s behavior, and your real-life environment.
Whether you’re working on basic obedience, leash manners, behavioral challenges, or strengthening communication with your dog, private lessons provide the structure and flexibility needed for lasting results. Each session builds on the last, giving you clear guidance, hands on coaching, and practical tools you use every day.
Private training ensures your dog learns at their own pace, without distractions, while empowering you with the confidence and skills to maintain progress long after the lessons are complete. For dogs that need additional support, or for owners who want to continue building skills, additional private lessons can be added on at a heavily discounted rate once the package is complete. This ensures you’re never rushed through the process and can continue training at a pace that sets both you AND your dog up for success.
Behavior Modification Package:
Masen’s K9’s Behavior Modification Package is a specialized program designed for dogs with severe behavioral challenges, including aggression, bite histories, and intense reactivity. This program is reserved for cases that require a higher level of expertise, structure, and safety protocols than standard training.
Behavior modification goes beyond basic obedience. It focuses on identifying the root causes of dangerous or reactive behaviors and implementing proven, ethical training strategies to change emotional responses, build impulse control, and create safer, more predictable behavior. Each training plan is customized to the individual dog, taking into account history, triggers, environment, and the owner’s ability to manage and maintain progress.
This training is purchased as a package to ensure consistency and long-term results. Quick fixes and single session solutions do not exist with behavior mod cases, and careful progression, ongoing assessment, and commitment are required for success. Owners are required to be actively involved in the process and committed to following management guidelines between sessions. Training provides the tools, structure, and support necessary to improve quality of life for both dog and owner.
Service Dog Foundation:
Our service dog training is designed to build the essential skills and behaviors required for a successful service dog prospect. This program focuses on creating a solid foundation of obedience, neutrality, and reliability before advanced task training begins.
Training emphasizes calm behavior in public, strong handler engagement, impulse control, environmental confidence, and consistent obedience. Dogs learn to remain focuses and composed around distractions, unfamiliar people, animals, and environments—skills that are critical for future service work.
Service Dog Foundation Training does not guarantee service dog qualifications or public access readiness. Instead, it provides the groundwork needed to determine suitability for service work and to prepare dogs for the demands of advanced training. Your dog’s ability to be a service dog will be assessed upon foundation training completion, and further training will be scheduled when both dog and owner complete their foundation program.
Day Train and Board & Train Programs:
Masen’s K9’s Day Training Program is ideal for owners who want intensive, professional training while still having their dog home each evening. Dogs are picked up in the morning and dropped off in the afternoon, receiving structured training sessions throughout the day. During day training, your dog works on obedience, manners, and behavior goals in real world environments, with consistent guidance and repetition. This program is especially effective for busy owners who want faster progress than weekly lessons while remaining actively involved in their dog’s training. Owners receive regular updates and follow up guidance to ensure skills are reinforced at home. Each Day Training Program comes with 3 in home private lessons to help owners maintain success.
Masen’s K9’s Board & Train Program offers a fully immersive training experience. Dog’s stay in the trainers’ residence for the duration of the program selected by the owner, allowing for consistent structure, clear expectations, and around the clock reinforcement. This program is designed for dogs that need focused attention, stronger habit building, or help overcoming behavioral challenges. Training is integrated into daily life, mealtime, walks, rest, and controlled social exposure. Throughout the program, owners receive a daily check in for updates on progress and follow up transfer sessions are provided to ensure a smooth transition back home.
